What to expect

What happens after you call?

1. You describe the problem: peeling or soft fascia, a damaged soffit, a sagging gutter, or something you're not sure about.
2. You're connected with a local contractor who works on rooflines in Folsom.
3. The contractor arranges a time to inspect, then gives you their own price and schedule.
4. You decide. There's no obligation and no charge for the call.

When should you call?

As soon as you notice the problem, ideally before the next rain. If something is hanging loose or water is coming inside, say so at the start of the call so it's treated as urgent. For slower problems like peeling paint or a stained soffit, calling early still helps, because the dry months are the best time for repairs and contractor schedules fill up quickly once the rain stops.
